Duties

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and team members
• Observe and document children’s growth, behavior, and development
• Communicate regularly with families regarding their child’s progress
• Adhere to all state licensing and health regulations
