Collaborating closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams, you'll ensure clarity of priorities, seamless dependency management, and the empowerment necessary to deliver maximum customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Scrum Master across product teams, facilitating collaboration and ensuring delivery aligns with product goals.
• Facilitate all Scrum events (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) with a focus on team engagement and outcomes.
• Act as an Agile coach, mentoring team members and stakeholders in agile values, principles, and practices.
• Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by capturing retrospective insights, following through on action items, and encouraging experimentation.
• Identify, track, and help remove blockers impacting delivery.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and leaders to manage cross-team dependencies and risks.
• Provide visibility into product delivery progress via Jira dashboards and lightweight reporting.
• Balance agile practices with organizational structure, adapting to a hybrid environment while protecting team agility.
• Encourage alignment between business objectives, customer needs, and technical delivery.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or relevant experience, supporting multiple teams.
• Experience working with product teams in an agile or hybrid agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and ability to apply them pragmatically.
• Hands-on expertise in Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to foster collaboration, resolve conflict, and enable teams to self-organize.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification; advanced Agile/SAFe certifications a plus.

Preferred Skill:

• Experience in automotive, manufacturing, product-based, or similar industries.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
• Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
• Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
• Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
