Job Summary Project Manager (Small Cell/Fiber)


- Oversee the end-to-end management of wireless and fiber infrastructure projects for major telecom carriers (including Telecommunication and AT&T).
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Manage all project phases: contracting, design, equipment procurement, permitting, construction, optimization, site acquisition, close-out, and hand-off.
- Develop, maintain, and update accurate project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Lead deployment and status meetings with both internal teams and external customers.
- Maintain complete project documentation and ensure close-out packages meet company/customer standards.
- Track project progress, maintain accurate records in tracking systems, and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Address project conflicts or issues promptly to keep deliverables on schedule and within budget.
- Manage project financials, forecasts, and budget reviews.
- Travel up to 20% for team and client meetings (primarily in the New York region); hybrid or remote work based on location.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and organize large datasets and project data.
- Apply strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
