We're looking for an energetic and motivated Insurance Products Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in helping customers understand their insurance options, providing outstanding service, and contributing to our team's success. What You'll Do

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including answering inquiries about insurance options, coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing.
Assist with developing marketing strategies and achieving sales goals.
Generate leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate products and services.
Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to success every day.

What We're Looking For

Previous sales experience (inside sales, outside sales, retail, or telemarketing) is preferred.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals is a plus.
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Comfortable working with computer applications (especially Windows-based programs).
Ability to multitask and build strong relationships with customers.
Must be able to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license.
