Loss Prevention/Security Supervisor Position Overview: Lead loss prevention and security operations to protect company assets, personnel, and property while supervising security teams and implementing comprehensive loss prevention strategies. Drive security excellence through team leadership, investigation management, and proactive risk mitigation.
Compensation: This position pays an hourly rate of $25.00-$29.00.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 1100am-730pm with ability to work on call weekends as needed.
Education Required Qualifications: - High School diploma or equivalent experience required
- Associate's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field preferred
- Professional security certifications strongly preferred
Experience - 3+ years security or loss prevention experience
- 2+ years supervisory or team leadership experience
- Investigation and case management experience
- Retail, warehouse, or manufacturing security background
- Experience with incident reporting and documentation
Work Environment - Retail, warehouse, or guard shack facility
- Various shifts including evenings and weekends
- Emergency response situations
- Fast-paced, security-focused environment
Physical Requirements - Stand/walk for extended periods
- Respond quickly to emergency situations
- Lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Navigate facility and outdoor areas
- Use computers and security equipment
- Clear verbal and written communication
