High school diploma or GED
Strong communication and listening skills
Basic computer know-how (we’ll guide you!)
Reliable availability for at least 15 hours/week
A genuine desire to help others
Requirements
Your Home Office Setup (or willingness to get):
~ Windows 11 PC (no Mac or Chromebook)
~16 GB RAM minimum
~ Dual monitors (can be added later)
~ USB noise-canceling headset (not required right away)
~ Hardwired internet for stability
