Your Role:

• Master the setup, operation, and programming of intricate machined components for various sectors.
• Efficiently handle documented repeat jobs.
• Run and verify the first piece to print specification.
• Edit and program with expert know-how.
• Inspect parts in alignment with inspection sheet criteria.
• Decode blueprints and sync with inspection protocols.
• Command GD&T tolerancing expertise.
• Oversee multiple machines within a production cell.
• Exhibit advanced shop math abilities in trigonometry and geometry.
• Mentor and guide upcoming operators with passion.
• Adapt as per evolving duties.

Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma preferred; CNC technical diploma ideal
• 5+ years in machining proficiency
• Innate mechanical interest and aptitude
• Strong mathematical capabilities
• Keen eagerness to advance and develop

• GD&T and CNC Tooling Mastery
• Troubleshooting Skills, G-Code & M-Code Proficiency
• Adept in Machine Setups for Production Sequences

Machinery You'll Command:

• Operate CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC)
• Navigate CNC Lathe (2-4 axis)
• Utilize CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC)
• Execute tasks on CNC Lathe (5+ axis)
